Rixos Residences will be built on Dubai Islands, creating a ‘cove’ of luxurious residences and the hotel itself. Beach Residences, Rixos Dubai Island Resort, Villa Residences, and Bay Residences will be part of the resort complex. The eight-story buildings will house branded but unfurnished 1-3-bedroom apartments as well as only two exclusive 4-bedroom duplexes.
There will also be two and three-bedroom beach houses, as well as ten standalone villas with direct beach access. Every single residence will have its own terrace with views of the sea/beach, the community gardens, or the rest of the island. There will also be excellent residential amenities and incredible hotel services available.
Interiors in all apartments, duplexes, beach houses, and villas are designed with natural tones and elements such as warm oak or walnut wood, stone, lacquer, and brushed champagne metal to provide style and comfort. All homes will be open-plan, with seamless indoor-outdoor connectivity and will

There will be floor-to-ceiling windows and doors with views of the beach, community gardens, and podium gardens. Kitchens will have branded appliances and will be open or closed, depending on the type of property and layout.
