Elitz 3 is the third phase of JVC’s Elitz by Danube development. This phase will include two twin towers with 41 and 35 residential floors, respectively, with studios and 1-3-bedroom apartments.
Some units have their own private pool and an office.
The project is located in the heart of JVC, surrounded by other residential developments and excellent infrastructure. Elitz 3 will share 40 residential amenities with Elitz 1 and 2, including endless sports facilities and dedicated kid’s areas. Both buildings will also have commercial and retail space, as well as an elite café for residents to enjoy.
Elitz 3’s interiors will feature open-plan living areas and kitchens with marble flooring. The floor-to-ceiling windows will flood the units with light, complementing the black/grey/white colour scheme and royal blue accents.
