PALMIERA THE OASIS
Palmiera is the first phase of Emaar’s mixed-use master community The Oasis. The $100 million square foot development will include 7,000 residential units and retail spaces and is expected to cost $20 billion to build. Green spaces will account for 25% of the community, and the area will be known for its canals and lakes, as well as four international golf courses.
Palmiera will feature 4 and 5-bedroom villas with 3 or 4 levels, a roof terrace, a garage for 2-3 cars, and a private swimming pool. The Oasis master community will have excellent amenities such as beach clubs, tennis courts, playgrounds, and swimming pools.
The Palmiera community’s villas are available in three design styles: Classical, Chamfered, and Contemporary. The exteriors are made of natural materials such as stone, glass, metal, and wood, and they all have floor-to-ceiling windows that overlook the beautiful water landscapes and greenery.
The façades and interiors are both minimalistic in design, with open floor plans in the living areas. Five-bedroom villas have three levels: a basement floor, a ground floor, a first floor, and a roof terrace level, while four-bedroom homes have three levels: a ground floor, a first floor, and a roof terrace level.
