Villa Cortile

Villa Cortile is the product of an in-house collaboration between Audax’s Interior Design and Architecture teams and exemplifies our holistic approach to design.

The interior design concept for Villa Cortile was influenced by the famous Villa Necchi in central Milan, built in the 1930s for an aristocratic family, renowned for its avant-garde approach to the classic Italian Villa.

Villa Cortile’s recurring interior materials include white Appennino marble sourced from central Italy, chevron white oak flooring, walnut accents, white Ceaserstone, and brushed brass finishes.

Inspired by the look

Strata House

The design concept for the interiors of Strata House references a playful past while remaining firmly rooted in the 21st century.

In keeping with the mid-century modern soul and vision of the house, the designers sourced vintage accents—such as Stilnovo light fixtures and Edward Wormley sofas—but paired them with more current and contemporary décor detailing.

Penthouse At The Hazelton

Located in the heart of downtown Toronto, the penthouse suite at the Hazelton Hotel offers a striking contemporary addition to one of the premier hotels in the country.

Audax returned the space to its original shell and completed a full renovation, resulting in a more open and light-filled layout.

Each finish throughout the home was carefully selected to echo the interplay of light and shadows throughout the suite.

Casa Loma Pied-À-Terre

This project’s vision was to combine classical French interior elements, such as wall panelling, chevron flooring, and ornate ceilings, with modernist accents.
