1. Modern Interior Design – MCGRATH DISPLAY SUITE

MorrisCo finished the interiors of the McGrath exhibition suite for Archibald’s debut release. Inside, you’ll be surrounded by refinement. A warm, cosy, and inviting colour palette provides prospective purchasers with a sense of their new homes. They were able to design a room that was both pleasant to clients and useful for the agents. With the terracotta red sofa against the thick flora wallpaper, the area is nothing short of sumptuous. Touches of brass enliven the sombre black room, and the pendant lights cast shadows on the glossy white tiles, creating a subtle textural accent.

2. Modern Interior Design – GARFISH MANLY

Garfish Manly, located on Sydney’s lovely harbour, was in desperate need of an update. MorrisCo sought to lighten the palette and create an airy resort feel in the interiors. At the entryway, a full-height garden wall with brass signs was installed, handmade rustic Italian tiles wrapped the old bar, and white plank tiles refinished the columns with brass wall lights.

3. Modern Interior Design – FAIRLIGHT RESIDENCE

The old sandstone cottage served as the framework for this refurbishment, which also included a smart injection of modern English country style. The basic sophisticated palette of black japan flooring, white-painted oak panelled walls, and toile wallpapers breathed new life into this antique gem in the crown.

4. Modern Interior Design – PARK CLINIC

Morris Selvatico was requested to create the first Park Clinic in Australia, which is a luxury plastic and cosmetic surgery centre in Woolloomooloo. It was critical to establish a professional yet welcoming introduction to the clinic.
Warm timber floors, marble, and polished brass wall lighting were used to establish the tone. The stunning plant wall grounds the reception desk while adding a delicate touch of nature to the decor.

5. Modern Interior Design – FOUR FROGS

Amazing crepes were one thing these four Frenchmen couldn’t find in Australia! As a consequence, Four Frogs was founded with their initial café in Mosman, and their second location in Randwick opened in early 2014. Morris Selvatico’s brand essence for Mosman was carried over, along with the inclusion of Phoebe Bakker’s outstanding hand-painted blackboard type graphics.
Some of the old floorings were refinished, the existing brickwork wall was kept, and bespoke shelves and digitally printed wallpaper were made specifically for the location.

6. Modern Interior Design – BALGOWLAH HEIGHTS RESIDENCE

This old home was entirely renovated from a single-story brick house to a luxurious two-story home for a lovely family of five. The beautiful seven-meter-long kitchen is the focal point of the second floor. A combination of French oak flooring, marble tables, travertine mosaics, and white wood panelling contribute to the Hamptons vibe.
Morris Selvatico planned and chose the kitchen, baths, powder room, finishes, fixtures, and colour scheme.

7. Modern Interior Design – JIVARO

Jivaro is a fashion and retail recruiting service with a reputation for finding great people and pairing them with their ideal employment. It was critical that their Melbourne headquarters represented this. Featuring a bold colour scheme of Dulux Oakbark, brass accents on the signs and kitchen woodwork, and an olive green granite benchtop. The staff kitchen’s terrazzo island benchtop is supported by a round metal leg. The dusty pink upholstered furniture and light grey lamb’s wool ottomans moderate the strong colour palette.

8. Modern Interior Design – ESPRESSO ROOM GATEWAY

This is the second Espresso Room store that MorrisCo have designed. The brief for this site was to apply the concept that they established for the Woden shop to this site. Because the shopfront could not be changed, they chose to construct a space inside space to anchor the main bar area and maximize seating. A unique steel framework was created to hang menu boards and pendants. To create a relaxing atmosphere, a variety of furnishings was used.

9. Modern Interior Design – ALCHEMY APARTMENTS REDFERN

MorrisCo produced two palettes, one of which was inspired by the surrounding Redfern area and was sombre, dark, and edgy with a warm, beautiful touch of industrial simplicity. Concrete appearance benches, grey oak flooring, dark timber, and dramatic feature walls help to accomplish this. The contrasting Scandi palette is invigorating. If this is your style, it’s simple, classic, light, bright, and fashionable, with an understated formal, yet beautiful design that includes light oak flooring, white walls, marble-look benchtops, and light-coloured joinery.

10. Modern Interior Design – BALMAIN VILLAGE HEALTH

Balmain Village Health is a medical practice comprising doctors, nurses, and allied health professionals located in the heart of Balmain, delivering the highest-level treatment adapted to its location. MorrisCo has built a medical practice that is distinct from other medical practices. Patients are greeted in a quiet, friendly, inviting, and soothing environment when they enter the reception area. The objective was to simply develop an unconventional medical practice. They used a delicate and well-curated palette of finishes, textures, and lighting to achieve this. In the reception, a green wallpaper mural spans over two walls. Handmade green tiles cover the counter in the same colour.
