The redesign of this full floor Midtown Manhattan home located in the Baccarat Hotel and Residences was brought to life by Nicole Fuller Interiors. Fuller’s touches of color, layered with soft neutral tones and textures throughout, lends itself perfectly to this balanced and sophisticated interior.
Situated along Manhattan’s prestigious “Gold Coast,” the building at 17 East 12th Street was developed by Rigby Asset Management, a New York-based real estate investment and development firm that specializes in rehabilitating underutilized commercial properties into high-end residential buildings. Fuller specified products from her design resources to stage the space with museum-quality artworks, precious antiques, statement light fixtures, and contemporary furnishings, rugs, and window treatments.
This custom built modern Hamptons home was realized from the ground up by Nicole Fuller Interiors. Working together with the architect and builder, Fuller imbued the home with a sense of bohemian sophistication.
Nicole Fuller Interiors was enlisted to design and rebrand the new offices for Kimora Lee Simmons International. Fuller presented a palette of black, white, and aubergine with hints of nude pink to encapsulate the brand’s metropolitan femininity.
The design of this full-floor residence aimed to complement its iconic, prestigious address. The client requested a “classic Fifth Avenue apartment” while also infusing the space with youthful elements through color and modern finishes.
In designing Gianvito Rossi’s New York City showroom, Nicole Fuller Interiors drew inspiration from the lauded footwear designer’s signature aesthetic of modern and sensual femininity. When one enters the space, which is located in Manhattan on the second floor of an Upper East Side townhouse, they are enveloped by floor-to-ceiling wall treatments in nude blush.
