Rose Hill, located at 30 East 29th Street, is a residential building that pays homage to the Rockefeller legacy, the neighborhood and the city’s rich history of skyscraper architecture. Geometric accents, intricate details and expansive windows combine to reference a classically Gotham aesthetic, interpreted in a modern vocabulary. On the building interiors, residential living spaces are a study in flexibility. Texture, attention to detail and celebration of craftsmanship, notable qualities in older buildings, are combined with elemental materials and panoramic views. Art is incorporated throughout the building.
An iconic residential tower uniquely sited on the Manhattan grid, One Madison Park by CetraRuddy Architects optimizes the urban design opportunity presented by its location. This sculptural building consists of a main shaft of earth-tone bronze glass that references the masonry of the buildings in the surrounding area and that is articulated by a series of asymmetrical, cantilevered white-glass cubes. The tower anchors the base of Madison Avenue and historic Madison Park while engaging in an architectural dialogue with neighboring landmarks and enlivening the skyline.
Originally built in the 19th century as a book bindery, 443 Greenwich restoration by CetraRuddy is inspired by original architectural details and the grand proportions of the existing structure. The design places an emphasis on natural light, further maximized through the large arched windows, double-height spaces and views of the lushly landscaped courtyard.

CetraRuddy illuminates West 52nd Street with the conversion of an existing building into luxury residential condominiums. Located in the heart of Manhattan, and inspired by the energy and excitement of the neighborhood, 135 West 52nd Street’s design is vibrant and modern, reflective of the surrounding urban context.
Located in the newly opened Hudson Yards development, Queensyard is an all-day dining destination guided by the historic memory of Hudson Yard’s use as a rail yard, which has been interpreted in a modern way. The design reflects these influences of culture, site and history, blending the warm environment of an English country home with modern and natural materials and bespoke detailing to create a unique and homelike setting that responds to the energy and excitement of a live-work-play destination.
The design of this distinctive complex was inspired by its location on the Hudson River. Creating an ensemble of iconic forms rising on the New Jersey skyline, the two CetraRuddy‘s residential towers are sheathed in variegated blue glass that reflects and refracts both water and sky. The spirited modern interior design of the project echoes the architecture of the towers in its use of textured materials enlivened by reflective ambient light.
