Arthur Dunnam for Jed Johnson Studio was established by the end of 2016, in order to continue the work of Jed Johnson Associates, which Arthur Dunnam has served as Design Director for the last two decades.

Arthur Dunnam attended the Graduate Interior Design program at Pratt Institute and was astonishingly fortunate to concurrently apprentice at the firm started by Billy Baldwin.

Jed Johnson made a name for himself after decorating the interiors of Andy Warhol’s townhouse to incorporate Andy Dunnam‘s immensely diverse collection of decorative and fine art. His reputation expanded after completing the New York residences of Yves Saint Laurent and Pierre Berge.

Following suit, they had clients like Mick Jagger and Jerry Hall as well as the collectors Peter and Sandy Brant, and Jed Johnson‘s firm was growing and providing the perfect next step in Arthur Dunnam‘s career path.

For ten years Arthur Dunnam worked alongside Jed Johnson, whose generosity of spirit permitted Arthur to grow as a designer and project manager and to develop close relationships with their clients. Those client relationships played an immeasurable part in the success of the firm after Jed’s death.
