Hotelier Jason Pomeranc revived the historic Nautilus Hotel, designed by famed architect Morris Lapidus in the 1950s, imbuing its midcentury bones with a luxuriously updated feel. (Known for his flamboyant architectural style, Lapidus also designed the Fontainebleau and Eden Roc in Miami.)
