El Equipo Creativo Modern Interior Design
El Equipo Creativo, a Barcelona-based studio leader in the design of gastronomic, branded, and commercial spaces, was founded by architects Oliver Franz Schmidt, Natali Canas del Pozo, and Lucas Echeveste Lacy. Their story began in 2010, with the design of Ferran and Albert Adrià’s 41° cocktail bar and the already iconic Tickets restaurant.

They’ve worked on a variety of projects, all of which have been honored by international design honors, including the prestigious Restaurant and Bar Design Awards, The Great Indoors Awards, FX International Award, Best of the Year Award, and AIT Interior Contract Award. The staff is as wide and vibrant as their ideas. Architects, designers, creatives, and technicians all collaborate at a huge table where projects are produced holistically, from initial concepts to final execution.

They begin with the notion that spaces, like food, must tell stories, elicit sensations, and generate experiences. They employ a highly conceptual work style based on a thorough research process that enables them to translate their clients’ gastronomic concepts into specific and unique designs.

Their work has appeared on websites and in magazines in over twenty countries. El Equipo Creativo is currently embarking on a new professional chapter, working on worldwide projects and serving as directors of the Master of Interior Design program at the Instituto Europeo di Design in Barcelona. Winner of the award Interiors Practice of the Year 2019.
