The Malibu project comes as a new element in the style of the designer. The house, belonging to itself, presents a palette of colors “burned” by the sun, where the maritime references as driftwood and watery green are prevalent. Natural lighting is provided by large panoramic windows and a skylight in the main foyer which focuses attention on the towering tree planted in the center.
In the Bellagio the designer acted more deeply with some even structural issues, with the aim of increasing the scope of this which is a Georgian Revival dated from 1939. Motivated by the need for renewal of spirit to a more modern yet classic character, Wearstler “rose” the ceilings, broadened windows and doors to get more light and also curated the pool with living space elements in view of the purpose of generating an authentic Californian indoor / outdoor experience.
The colors, contrasting, applied methodically in each division to create a unique experience in each complement the marble that is majority and essential for the lavish and alluring character of the space.

The Spring Street project solves one of the most common challenges in the New York Soho: the adaptation of industrial warehouses to consistent, functional and comfortable living spaces. For this, the designer used structural elements such as the typical iron-cast columns and large windows to divide the area into intimate spaces. The monochrome pallet with grey, black, white and ocher protrudes the use of various metals, marbles and waxed wood in a combination of vigorously strict shapes with organic silhouettes.

The challenge of giving more life to small spaces is addressed here exuberantly but in a coherent way, like the kitchen in emerald green and gold. Metallic details, as well as the combination of vintage and contemporary elements, complement the comfort of this cosmopolitan space.
This that is a symbol of the mid-century architecture from the author Hal Levitt, represents in the full the Californian outdoor/indoor spirit. Said by the designer in her book Domicilium Decoratus, this project was approached by applying revivalist elements such as vintage furniture, textiles and finishes.
The colors are in a warmer expectro with aubergine, papaya and redness tones associated with brass contrasting with the penetrating green from the floor-to-ceiling windows.
