During Design Miami event in 2013, Alan Faena and Len Blavatnik from Faena Group partners announced the initiation of the Faena collaboratory.
All began with the visionary new Faena Miami Beach community, that includes the ‘Faena house’ oceanfront residences by foster + partners, alongside the ‘Faena arts center’, ‘Faena bazaar’ and ‘artists-in-residence center’ by rem koolhaas/OMA. The project stands as a creative and interdisciplinary exchange and collaboration while the Faena Miami Beach is under construction.
