YOUNG FAMILY VILLA

Niu Design created this project for a young family, with the intention of creating a warm looking space, in a informal environment with a relaxed appeal, while featuring iconic signature pieces in each room that reflect the individuality of their one-storey, Dubai villa.

Niu Design has used a base palette of pastel blues and natural hues, pops of colour were created within each living area through unique soft furnishings by some original artwork from recognised italian artists. Natural materials include marble flooring and wood parquet blend, with bespoke wall to wall carpets.

PURE LUXURY VILLA

Niu Design in created this interior design and fit out of this seven bedroom, 1200 m² villa in Dubai was designed to create a space of pure luxury – a home filled with a personal art collection set against a harmonious backdrop of earthy tones from beige to caramel, tan to ochre.

Niu Design while designing the interiors and landscaping of this impressive home, they modified elements of its existing living area to open up the ground floor and create an inspiring space for entertaining. Luxury italian marble and travertine were installed throughout the villa floors and walls, while raw materials such as clear crystal and calacatta gold marble in the bathrooms, helped create an indulgent and distinctive interior.

ARTISTIC PENTHOUSE

Niu Design worked with the owners of this two-level, five bedroom duplex penthouse in Dubai, wanted their home to reflect their young, fresh personalities with ample space to entertain and suitably display their extensive collection of modern art. They conducted a full interior architecture review, then redesigned the living areas to create private and public areas.

To Niu Design, the lighting was an important part of the design, with concealed lights in the ceiling to carefully highlight the clients many art pieces, and additional areas created to accommodate any new anticipated art purchases in the future.
