A Parisian Flair and Design Elegance

With a classic architecture structure, this apartment reproduces nature and world cultures through the materials, colours and shapes observed in the selection of furniture and decoration. Earth, Olive and Forest were the 21|22 chosen trends chosen to create this beautiful project, reflecting the personality of the young lady with a vibrant way of living who owns the place.

Once people step inside this place, there is an all journey composed of six common areas and two master suites, bathrooms ready to explore, fulfilling everyone´s senses and making them feel this is the place where they belong. As a result, the strategy was to let these trends drive the design, choosing and combining materials that speak to each other, which contributed to a warm, tactile and visual feeling all around the house.

The New Inspirations

The welcoming area for the chambers of the owner heart, her home. Like a Jingle, simple and short, but will be on the top of visitors minds as an obsession and the motto for the journey ahead. The natural light that comes within and the natural wood tone of the herringbone parquet floor emphasise the welcoming nature of this entrance. The final touch of this area is brought by the natural flowers bouquet and the fashion books, revealing a bit of the owner’s taste and lifestyle.

As soon as you come inside, you are welcomed by a harmonious wall set, composed of a HELIOS Mirror, an ARDARA Console Table, two NANOOK Dining Chairs and two extra big AURUM XL Wall Lights. This set is then completed by the custom made NAICCA Suspension Light, adding elegance through its crystals, and the hand-tufted CHROMA rug that brings an extra tone of earth feeling due to its irregular shape and colour mix made in botanical silk.

After crossing the entryway, you face the wide-open living room, an oasis to relax by yourself or enjoy with the warm company of friends and family. Forest is the colour palette and materials selection trend for this room: different shades of green, brown and beige are combined to bring the feeling of wood, tree leaves, sunshine and shadows.

This contemporary classic living room is composed of two WALES Six-Seater Round Sofas, two NAJ Armchairs, a custom made LURAY Centre Table, four MECCA II Side Tables and AMIK Table Lights, the WHITE Garden Rug and a NAICCA Suspension Light. The classic fireplace is sided by two built-in bookcases inspired by the NAZCA Sideboard, and two PADAUNG Stools.

Like a supernova explosion, the dining room was designed to promote illuminating and powerful moments when socializing among friends and family. Through windows that welcome the passage of the light, the dining room is alive with the vibrant hues of midday.

A dining set that seats twelve is composed of an AGRA Dining Table and custom-made CAYO Dining Chairs, where the forest green marble of the tabletop combines perfectly with the purple cotton velvet of the chairs. The brand new HORUS Suspension Light, just like the God of the sky and the rising sun, is a reference element on this room with a structure in matte black lacquered brass and shades in a crackled glass. To have a more cosy ambience, the two cast aged brass CAY Wall Lights are setting the mood with a warm light that shines out of them. And completing the room is the MACUSHI Rug, which brings a soft touch and a comfortable feeling and provides extra comfort to the overall set.

Primrose is the first flower to bloom in the spring, represents youth and everlasting existence. This is exactly what the owner wanted to bring into this kitchen essence, combining elegance and functionality, blending the Verde Alpi marble countertop and herringbone parquet floor with aged brass cabinets and appliances. This social space encourages casual interaction, even when washing the dishes since the kitchen island is located in the centre where is easy to interact with anyone who is at the nook or seated at the cotton velvet NAJ Counter Stools.

A cosy reading nook was developed for moments of needing to step away from the computer, kick back in a chair, have a coffee, and read while recharging energies. The reading nook is composed of two swivel velvet ESSEX Armchairs, that gives the possibility to face the world outside through the window or to be more guarded inside. An aged brass KOI II Side Table with the tabletop in forest green marble and on the opposite side, facing the window, there is a BARAKA Desk to match with the bookcase. An imposing and spacious desk that gives the confidence to face any working day. To close this ambience, an irregular botanical silk rug, the NUANCE Rug, was chosen, with soft and earthy colours that make all room to behave a balanced feeling and a cohesive look.

Rooms carry moments, echoes that stand the test of time and relaxed feelings that fill one’s soul with rest. This room was designed to create moments that the client can keep close to their heart as if they were keeping wonderful happy little personal secrets that would be carried with them until the end of their lives. The warm colours on display only enhance the warmness and cosiness of the sleeping chambers, creating an inviting ambience that is simply stunning.

With the stunning AMIK Table Light on top of the wonderfully handcrafted BARAKA Bedside Table, this room feels like a gloriously sophisticated statement in luxury. Contributing to the room’s glorious looks are the SHAKA Wall Light that shines upon the masterfully designed HERA Armchair and the impressive GOROKA Centre Table.

The design process of a bathroom has to come from a clear understanding of who will be using it. Magnificent and majestic, this bathroom embraces the blissful nature of the golden colour while combining it with black, creating this perfect contrast in which elegance is prominent among all items. Its beauty harkens back to those evening soirée where one was able to feel the luxury of the party and the embrace of night, and this private oasis certainly can provide the client with these coveted nostalgic feelings.

This wonderful room is filled with vivacious fierceness and boasts an incredibly powerful aesthetic that is only highlighted by the open concept of the Fierce bathroom that overlooks the room. Like an obsession that sticks in one’s mind not allowing one to think about the world around them, this room was made to enchant the client enough to make their mind hold on to its image as if it might lose it forever at any given time.

With the incredibly stunning CYRUS Table Light and the fantastic HUANG Bedside Table, the room fills itself with high-end glorious shine and incredible diversity. With the wonderfully unique ZULU Armchairs, the intense WALES Bench and the iconic BRYCE Side Table, this room boasts enough beauty to make one never want to leave its space.

This wonderful bathroom accentuates Maison Valentina’s belief in the power of marbles in bathrooms, which states that this noble material can fill all spaces with magnificence and exclusivity. The warm and golden colour palette was made so that the client would feel the luxury present in this bathroom, the incredible elegance it conveys and the uniqueness that fills the room with fierce intensity.
