DKOR INTERIORS CONCEPT

DKOR Interiors design team created a transitional design concept inspired by the diamond’s timeless yet opulent characteristics. It sparkles and shines; its facets are beautifully geometric; it never goes out of style. Transitional design is exemplified by a combining of modern and traditional: streamlined furniture upholstered with velvet, contemporary glass-topped tables paired with crystal chandeliers. To pull everything together, the design team relied on their colour palette of blue-greys, pops of salmon, and taupe hues.

Lago-a-Lago Palm Beach Contemporary

This Palm Beach contemporary home was designed to stand out. The sleek, white-grey exterior contrasts the neighbourhood, while the custom-tailored interior blends indoor with outdoor for a seamless, ultra-special space.

Modern House Renovation

DKOR Interiors Miami-based team created a design concept that was inspired by the movement and freshness of a crisp ocean breeze—a far cry from the mostly brown and tan decor in their home before. A chic monochromatic palette dominated by greys was the guiding light for our concept; we also added in pops of sea blues and sandy hues. Natural materials grounded the design, which paired style and function for a fabulous family home.

Interior Design Coral Gables – A Cocoplum Contemporary Oasis

DKOR Interiors design intent was to balance impactful design elements, like structural updates and contrasting materials or colours, with pure design elements, like harmonious fabrics and proportional design. The interior design in this Coral Gables home needed to project balance to give the young family the peaceful, relaxing home they deserve. Inspired by the Florida landscape, a variety of taupes and ocean-inspired blues to adorn the home, while warm natural materials contrast crisp white walls throughout.

Waterfront Penthouse

For this project in a luxury waterfront penthouse in Fort Lauderdale’s Landings in Las Olas, DKOR Interiors was inspired by their clients’ collection of pre-Columbian artefacts and their desire to remodel their home. The concept of old-world elements breaking through new-world components worked perfectly for them. The firm combined contemporary details—clean lines and crisp white walls—with traditional elements—wing back chairs and tufted upholstery—to create their clients’ dream home.
