Studio CBiD was founded in 2000 by creative director Chantall Breyaen. Most of the projects that the studio takes on, start with the request to make a design in terms of layout and atmosphere. Studio CBiD always works out multiple designs, forging them together with the customer into a definitive plan. This way the client can see what the different options are, getting surprised by the creativity and detailing. This way the final plan becomes personal because it is made according to the clients’ own choices, requirements and wishes.
The guidance can be from A to Z, but can also consist of a design after which the customers further develops it themselves. It is important to know what the wishes and requirements are, with regard to the space and what the budget is. The studio therefore also adjusts every design and advice as well as possible to the wishes of the client, but also lays the consequences on the table.

The starting point of every design process is an exploratory discussion. The studio discusses and examines the possibilities. Together with the client, the frameworks are first identified. This is followed by a space study, the Provisional Design (VO), which looks at different options. In these sketches, the wishes and requirements the client mentioned are processed together with the creativity and sense of space. The user and the goal are central. The details follow from here, supported if necessary with 3D impressions.
For equally successful realisation of the client’s new interior it is about decisive management. That is why Studio CBiD likes to work with renowned contractors and interior designers who understand the language of architects and who like creative challenges. In addition to the private and business market, Studio CBiD also works with and for real estate agents, project developers and housing associations.
The importance of sales styling in this market is great, because the first impression can determine the further sales process. In many cases, a 3D design offers the solution. This brings the project to life and makes it easy for potential clients to imagine. Studio CBiD also makes itself available during the sales process of new construction.
