Bespoke Interior Design has an exceptional interior design, creating a personalised design response. As Spatial Interior Architects, they cover all aspects of a project whether commercial or residential. Their scope include the selection of all finishes and fixtures, kitchen, bathroom and cabinetry design, lighting design and the selection of window treatments, furniture, art and accessories. Furthermore, Bespoke Interior Design collaborates with Architects and Landscape Architects which in turn create the optimal triangle of creativity.
The architectural features and sophisticated interior palette blend seamlessly creating a rich, luxurious and timeless design. Stone, timber and mild steel are some of the materials used in this project, complimented by a subtle palette of oyster whites, black stained oak cabinetry and Italian mosaic tiles.
This very special project was successful as a design due to the repetition of colour throughout the home and a layered approach with exquisite finishes of a similar palate. The European feel is sophisticated and marries well with the architecture.

Bespoke Interior Design understands every project is different; however the process to develop each project is the same. Stage one is the meet and great: they meet with the clients at the project’s location, and define goals and work scope. Bespoke Interior Design accesses the client’s budget, establish collaborators and create an Estimated Fee Proposal for their services.
Bespoke Interior Design original vision was to create a modernist gallery space. After receiving the brief from their client, they proceeded to renovate this double height space back to its former glory. The colours needed to be light, fresh and fashion forward to allow the client’s superb collection of contemporary art its precedence.
Bespoke Interiors was able to step out of the normal parameters associated with a kitchen, and created a very contrasting look. Bespoke Interiors created a warm white cube using similar tones across the ceilings, walls and floors, making the space feel as big as possible. Interjected into this, a dark box. Cleverly designed to hold all kitchen and household items, seamless facades made up of unusual materials. Grey mirror, mild steel, lacquered panels and leathered granite acted as one continuous colour although very different with varying sheen levels. Integrated appliances and camouflaged coat cupboards paired with a unique colour of tapware, crafted a very successful and distinctive design.
Stage Two begins once all have agreed on the direction of the design from the look and feel, specifying Hard Fit Out fixtures for both interior and exterior: wall, floor, cabinetry, fixtures, fittings, hardware, lighting, cabinetry, etc. Bespoke Interior produces a detailed specification that ensures all details are on hand for everyone working on the project to ensure maximum efficiency.
A beautiful home in the heart of Remuera which needed a classic touch, warm tones, a look that wouldn’t date yet worked well with the historical bones of the house. A modern touch of marble, aged brass, antique mirror, Italian tiles and feature mosaics created a unique refreshing look.
Bespoke Interior had to be the back drop for a very special client, the talented artist Cruz Jimenez. They selected a basic palette that was sophisticated yet simple. Good quality finishes that felt warm and homely yet remained uncomplicated. They were privileged enough to collect, assemble and arrange Cruz’s many weird and wonderful collections whilst also introducing new furniture, fabrics and finishes.

Stage Three starts by refining the original space planning to design the exact furniture layout. Bespoke Interior Design discusses with the client any existing furniture or art that can be re-used. The company then selects new furniture, fabrics, accessories, window treatments and design custom furniture pieces where and when required.
Bespoke Interior Design was commissioned by a recently retired couple who had bought a magnificent architecturally designed home with stunning views on Auckland\’s Herald Island. The brief was to keep the flooring and paint colours but to design a new kitchen, laundry, together with custom cabinetry and to space plan for new furniture, select new accessories, window treatments and art. Drawing inspiration from the surroundings they endeavoured to bring the outside in with varied sophisticated blues and added depth of colour too. Keeping their selections appropriately classic in style and warm in colour, hints of bronze from lighting, fabrics and objects.
Bespoke Interior Design created a cutting edge interior for a trendy, fashion focused couple with a young family. Building for the first time in the country, they took on a modern, simple approach with wild pops of colour and eclectic art and collectables. By creating a soft look, they were still able to make the interior and exterior work symbiotically together.
Stage Four Bespoke Interior Design manages all product orders and site deliveries. They then run around to select the final touches as accessories and art. All items are then placed, styled and adored.
Bespoke Interior Design has been producing custom made furniture for many years – designed and handcrafted here in New Zealand. They can either re-create a piece below or produce a custom piece especially for you.
Bespoke Interior inherited a stunning and creative home in which they ensured that the interior and exterior worked together harmoniously. They used the client’s existing rug and bar stools as requested, and then added complimentary custom and Italian pieces to the design.
A new build apartment with an inherited scheme from the developer, this needed to be enhanced to achieve more of a luxury feel and an individual custom look. With views of the sea the colour scheme was to be symbiotic, bringing in the feel of the sea and the colours to accentuate the night and day feel of the location.
