NIKU is the diminutive of Nikumaroro, part of the Kiribati islands group, known as Phoenix Islands. Surrounded by the depths of the Pacific Ocean, it’s the beauty of the coral that makes NIKU wall lamp a rarity in contemporary lighting. Through its gold plated brass structure, 2 glass light globes emerge representing the wide diversity of ecosystems that inhabit this remote island. This contemporary lighting piece fulfils your modern home decor with exoticism, creating a live and bright ambience.
Barry White’s massive talent was embodied in this table lamp that recreates American 50’s retro décor. A charming piece which casts indirect light to its top cover. You can feel the love and beauty just like in Barry’s romantic lyrics. Handmade in brass and with its lampshades in aluminum.
The collection was inspired by simple shapes: a circle, a triangle, a rectangle and an oval. The term phenomenon comes from the Greek word for “appearance”. The forms are what you see on first sight. In Plato’s idealist philosophy, phenomena are transient, likenesses of the eternal, perfect Forms and so are not truly real. This seems very fitting for a collection made in a material that is so difficult yet versatile, so strong yet fragile as glass.
“I have always been fond of mice. As a child I remember one of my favorite illustrated books was about the fantastic story of a family of little mice. Step, Lop and Mac are well-mannered and very curious. Their names. I believe that they have dismantled the bulbs of who knows what lighting contraption, probably a pinball machine, seen around every so often searching for small things: matches, buttons, corks, paper clips, thumbtacks, elastic bands. It is incredible what they are capable of building with what they find! They are very creative, and they are refurnishing their little home!”
Available in three sizes, and three shapes, these LED lamps provide a pleasant light, backlighting the interior color. The metal structure enhanced with fabric, houses an integrated LED system, enveloped by a refined lateral strip. This solid finish material is available either with real wood oak or white Carrara marble.
A subtle combination of mineral and vegetable, _e-DEN transports us into an imaginary garden where plants become light and oscillate with the wind. Magical fruit, flowers and grasses in a multitude of shades reveal the LED filament, which, for the first time, is used in decorative lighting. Made in France by a master glass-blower, each glass shell offers a unique character, as if shaped by nature. The light appears to float in its glass cocoon diffusing a multitude of golden highlights. Magical and enchanting garden, _e-DEN is perfect for outdoor and indoor use.
