BRABBU Retreat: Let The Keys To Success Find You

The keys to success are a secret that every company wants to uncover. However, not every company is committed with all its strength and soul to the discovery of what creates a successful business.

BRABBU is not looking for an idyllic perfection, but rather for real integrated growth.

Therefore, whenever possible we develop activities where this integrated growth is encouraged. Where every BRABBU’s member is invited to contribute and transform our concepts of success.

At the beginning of December BRABBU’s Family had the opportunity to meet for an incredible company retreat. The theme of this retreat was very ambitious: Finding out the keys to success within each and every member of the team and department, but those who had organized the event were not afraid of challenge.

Organizers chose a space of creative learning and professional growth, a perfect match for this company’s intent and purpose. An Hotel School was the canvas for this event, a place where students every day confront challenges and learn restlessly. BRABBU’s team became some of their students for a day and the kitchen became our office.

The premise behind each activity consisted in putting each member in an rather uncomfortable position, forcing members to act within areas where they have little experience and yet work for total success. Each member was encouraged to develop creative strategies, supportive goals, determine and evaluate the team skills and integrate knowledge diversity.

What would be valuable for any company to understand about the true keys to success, is that success cannot be discovered through an intellectual exercise, but it must be rather experiential. One can say that the keys to success are not something to think about, but rather to know through and through, to experience.
