1.Concept Retirement Living

Ward and Co. designed a beautiful show home for a collection of luxury retirement apartments on the London waterfront. The aim was to show homeowners what moving from a smart city townhouse to an elegant apartment could look like, and how this way of living could better meet their changing needs. The result was a comfortable and contemporary living space with plush home furnishing.

2.Project Hope

Working with prestigious architects and developers from the concept phase, the team at Ward and Co. designed the interiors of 12 new, luxury apartments and one penthouse, overlooking the Houses of Parliament. Functioning as serene living spaces while maintaining a connection to the exciting city on the doorstep, the look in the show apartment was achieved through the use of nude and blush tones for a calming, base colour palette, with added bright accents and bold patterns to bring the vibrancy of London inside.

3.Project Kaliopi

In order to create a sophisticated and cosy interior for a new-build pied a terre, Ward and Co. successfully blended contemporary design with luxurious materials, finishes and modern technology making for a homely and inviting space.

4.Project Allegra

This apartment interior design with personality, in a Neo-Georgian style of architecture, was complemented with contemporary furniture, oversized lighting and handcrafted finishes, for a family home that is vibrant and full of soul.

5.Project Gretal

In order to fill this London apartment with the family’s history through the space, Ward and Co. blended minimalist interior design, with glamorous details and finishes, to create a beautiful, homely haven in the heart of the city.

6.Project Rosanna

Inspired by the illustrious Georgian era, this majestic, eight bedroomed countryside mansion was designed using opulent materials, accessories and works of art for a liveable sense of luxury, achieving a brilliant and grand Interior Architecture.

7.Project Mabel

As another show of their talent, Ward and Co. sensitively transformed this Grade II Georgian house from a derelict shell into a comfortable weekend escape, blending eclectic artwork with bold colour accents, to create a characterful example of modern country living.

8.Project Georgina

A really comprehensive London townhouse interior design project, in one of the capital’s most prestigious postcodes. Ward and Co. transformed two, five-bedroom family homes from top to bottom, using luxe wallcoverings, furnishings and joinery to complement the historical Georgian cornices and fireplaces.

9.Project Buckinghamshire Golf Club

To make this private members space more sociable and ambient, Ward and Co. reconfigured the bar and formal dining areas, commissioned bespoke joinery for the function rooms, and introduced a curated collection of antique and modern furniture and furnishings.

10.Project Piazza

A bold lateral apartment with strong contextuality and a sense of place, located in the heart of Covent Garden. Ward and Co’s design of the 2-bedroom apartment with direct views over the famous Piazza incorporates materials, textures and colours that speak to the area’s rich history and are a reflection of the building’s Listed status. Considering both the interior and exterior architecture as well as cultural heritage, Ward and Co. commissioned a hand-crafted library to encase 400 books, one for every year of Covent Garden’s well-documented history.
