The interiors of the Wynn hotel’s Wing Lei restaurant in Macau, devised by Las Vegas–based decorator Roger Thomas, who is the executive VP of design for Wynn Design & Development.

The master bedroom is designed around the same alpaca plaid used in the billiard room—fashioned into a bed throw, window shades, and upholstery for recliners.

The billiard room, anchored by a pool table, features two Picasso paintings.

The Marin home is serene and personal, but equally informed by the designer’s erudite collecting, historical knowledge, and passion for color and comfort. The house is a somewhat stark white structure on a hillside in a leafy town north of the Golden Gate. Roger tells Elle Decor that “it induces serenity.”
