Marmol Radnizer founded in 1989 is a Los Angeles-based interior design company founded and led by architects Leo Marmol, FAIA and Ron Radziner, FAIA. In 2004, Marmol Radziner was named the American Institute of Architects California Council’s Firm of the Year.

The Emerson – modern interior design project by Marmol Radziner

Radziner collaborated with Related California to design the interiors for The Emerson, a nineteen-story luxury residential tower located next door to The Broad in Downtown Los Angeles.

The neutral, modern materials palette of the residences offer a sophisticated backdrop for residents to make the space their own.

The Trousdale Residence

The 4,200 square foot new residence is located in the historic Trousdale Estates area of Beverly Hills, California. Set atop a terraced lot with expansive views of Century City and the ocean, the house embraces the California tradition of indoor-outdoor living with warm, modern simplicity. The single-story home comprises 4 bedrooms and 4 1/2 bathrooms.

The Summitridge Residence

The project was conceived as a series of overlapping bars that cascade down the hillside. Each level offers a new vista and, at the same time, a sense of privacy is created through the landscape design.
