Stacy got her start in design as an intern at Wilson & Associates. She started to work for David Corley Interiors, a residential interior design firm in Dallas, after graduating from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Design. She eventually joined the Dallas-based Faulkner Design Group, where she discovered her true love in commercial interior design.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Stacy Miller decided to take that chance in 1996 and founded SJL Design Group. Stacy is licensed in numerous states and has projects all across the country. SJL is now a multi-talented award-winning practice headquartered in Dallas with many industry-recognized senior-level designers, architects, and support staff.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She was given the Southwestern Region of the Illuminating Engineering Society of North America Silver Medal for her skill in her industry, and she was also selected as a finalist in the 1996 Builder Magazine Best in American Living awards. Stacy Miller was named to the Dallas Business Journal\u2019s Top 40 Under 40 list in 2006, a ranking of the top business individuals in Dallas under the age of 40.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
