Upon entering the new Kaiser Permanente Medical Office Building in La Habra<\/strong><\/span><\/em>, California, it\u2019s evident that times have changed. A complete overhaul of the patient experience, Kaiser\u2019s NextGen MOB concept promotes a culture of care that welcomes its members and surrounding community to mingle, explore, and interact with the facility\u2019s many innovative features. Creating an enjoyable and communal experienc<\/strong><\/span><\/em>e with a hospitality vibe<\/strong><\/span><\/em> was a welcome challenge for HMC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As the original architect for the Ontario Convention Center in Ontario, Calif., HMC has seen a lot of progress in this growing region. However, the center\u2019s last major update was 20 years ago. And, with increasing attendee numbers, the Greater Ontario California Convention & Visitor\u2019s Bureau once again relied on HMC to bring this Southern California meeting destination up to speed with a new caf\u00e9 and outdoor patio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
