Designed by The Studio HOME\u2019SOCIETY x BRABBU<\/strong>, the Eternel Parisian Apartment<\/em><\/span><\/strong> located at Av. George V in Paris<\/a> <\/strong>has a total area of 412.4m2\/4439.03f and promises to tell a story in each corner, presenting a contemporary and classic design at the same time. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once people step inside this place, there is an all journey composed of six common areas and two master suite bathrooms ready to explore, fulfilling everyone\u2019s senses and making them feel this is the place where they belong.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With a classic<\/strong> architecture structure<\/strong>, this apartment <\/strong>reproduces nature and world cultures<\/strong> through the materials, colours and shapes<\/strong> observed in the selection of furniture and decoration<\/a><\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"The<\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Earth, Olive and Forest <\/strong><\/a>were the 21\/22 trends<\/strong><\/a> chosen to create this beautiful project, reflecting the personality of the young lady with a vibrant way of living who owns the place. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a result, the strategy was to let these trends <\/strong>drive the design, choosing and combining materials that speak to each other, which contributed to a warm, tactile and visual feeling all around the house. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jingle Entryway<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Just like a jingle<\/strong>, this welcoming area<\/a> is so simple but will be on top of everyone\u2019s mind as the motto for the journey ahead. The simplicity can be noticed in the warm and nature-based colour palette<\/strong>, making people feel more welcome when walking into the house.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"The<\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

ARDARA Console<\/a><\/strong>, in Sahara Noir faux- marble, is a statement element in this entryway, combining outstandingly with the earthy-toned cotton velvet of the chairs, the hammered matte brass of the wall lights and the black lacquer of the mirror. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Oasis Living Room<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

After crossing the entryway, there is a wide-open living room<\/a><\/strong>, the perfect place to relax in the warm company of family and friends. To create this contemporary classic<\/a><\/strong> living room, HOME\u2019SOCIETY Studio <\/strong>decided to combine different shades of green, brown and beige<\/strong>, reminding people of the forest sunshine and shadows<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On the opposite side of the living room<\/strong>, a couple of graphic paintings enrich the walls, enlightened by the VELLUM XL wall lights<\/a><\/strong>. The diversity of colours, materials and textures like hunter green, beige cotton, brushed brass, forest green marble<\/strong>, and a lot more, makes this space as rich as a forest <\/strong>can be.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Supernovas Dining Room<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Like a supernova <\/strong>explosion, the dining room<\/a><\/strong> was designed to promote illuminating and powerful moments when socializing among friends and family. This dining room<\/strong> is composed of an AGRA III Dining Table<\/a><\/strong> and custom-made CAYO Dining <\/a>C<\/a>hairs<\/a><\/strong>, where the forest green marble<\/a><\/strong> of the tabletop combines perfectly with the purple cotton velvet<\/strong> of the chairs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Primrose Kitchen <\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Primrose<\/strong> is the first flower to bloom in the spring, representing an everlasting existence. This flower inspired the Studio <\/strong>to the creation of this kitchen<\/a><\/strong>, combining elegance and functionality<\/strong>, blending the green marble countertop<\/strong> and herringbone parquet floor <\/strong>with aged brass cabinets and appliances.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This social space, composed of a bottle green cotton velve<\/strong>t HERA Dining Sofa<\/strong> and a Carrara marble AGRA Dining Table<\/a><\/strong>, is the main focus of the kitchen<\/strong>, encouraging casual interaction between both spaces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Wonder Office <\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The young client had the desire to have an office<\/a> <\/strong>with a library<\/a><\/strong>: a room where she could travel all over the world. Therefore, a custom-made built-in open bookcase<\/a><\/strong>, inspired in the BARAKA collection<\/strong>, provides storage and organization to the room where collected treasures, art and books create a warm, welcoming, bright and cheery feeling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A cosy reading nook, with two ESSEX Armchairs<\/a><\/strong>, was developed for moments of pure leisure, where people can kick back in a chair, have a coffee, and read while recharging energies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Diversity Powder Room <\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The powder room<\/a><\/strong> plays a vital role as an extension of the living room<\/strong>, so the purpose was to assure this space was unique and enjoyable like other public areas. This room also mixes a diversity of textures and shades<\/strong> without losing the balance observed across the whole apartment<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"The<\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Right now, the Studio HOME\u2019SOCIETY x BRABBU<\/strong> is working close to the owner to create the private rooms, with the purpose to turn her dreams into reality. Although the apartment is still under development, it is the living proof of how contemporary and classic work outstandingly good together, empowering every single division of this Parisian <\/a><\/strong>retreat. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
