Arthur McLaughlin<\/span><\/em><\/strong>, the founder of the company, is someone who grew up surrounded by style \u2013 his mother was a decorator and the father was a contractor. <\/p>\n

His career began with James Northcutt Associates in Los Angeles, working directly in projects like the Bel Air Hotel and The Mansion on Turtle Creek, in Dallas, Texas.<\/p>\n
