NOZ Design<\/strong> believes that our home is fundamental and critical to our mental health and happiness. The firm is an active member of their community, giving a portion of their income to a local shelter which provides a safe haven for women, children and non-binary gender survivors of domestic violence and human trafficking. <\/p>\n\n\n\n\n \"BB_Book2020\"<\/a>\n\n\n\n

With this in mind, we will explore the Pac Heights Residence Project<\/strong>. The Pac Heights Residence is pre-1960 and was designed by the neoclassical architect Julius Kraft, and was completely renovated in order to have more light and openness into the home by intersecting modern lines while preserving the architectural ornamentation throughout the house.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

NOZ Design <\/strong>then brought the whole project together with custom furniture, rugs, and lighting, generating warmth, visual impact and playfulness in some of the clients\u2019 favourite and most-lived-in spaces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With a focus on Modern Eclectic Design Styles, NOZ Design<\/strong> effortlessly creates bold, properly fitted out homes which not only reflect their clients\u2019 lifestyles and tastes, being able to also maximise the space\u2019s functionality and also the project\u2019s budget. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
