Born in S\u00e3o Paulo and graduated in\u00a0architecture\u00a0from the S\u00e3o Paulo University the renowned\u00a0interior designer\u00a0had the opportunity to be the learn with the freat Gian Carlo Gasperini, one of the masters of\u00a0contemporary\u00a0architecture in Brazil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cI think that, at some level, I have always been an\u00a0architect.<\/strong>\u00a0I believe that I have felt like an architect since I was a child. As a result, I absolutely love what I do. However, what I love the most about my job is the possibility of making people be touched by the beauty of my projects, or simply be challenged by them\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

In 1990, despite all the obstacles that crossed in her life, the\u00a0interior designer\u00a0opened her own office,\u00a0Fernanda Marques Architects<\/strong><\/em>, which acts as a channel for its multidisciplinary work. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cAs a mother, the most challenging aspect of my career is coordinating my family life with my busy schedule. However, the most challenging times were the months following the birth of my triplets.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Defining\u00a0architecture\u00a0as a creative and comprehensive activity,\u00a0Fernanda Marques<\/strong>\u00a0does not limit her work on the playing field. \u201cI would say that I am a successful professional, but I believe there is much more that I can achieve. I remain active, as there is still a lot of goals I wish to accomplish.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Aside from the\u00a0architecture\u00a0and\u00a0interior design, this company develops objects, shows, and projects with graphic content, auditory and visual.\u00a0Fernanda Marques<\/strong>\u2018 team is focused in on collaborative integrated concepts between various departments: development, production, and communication. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cFeeling that I have established a real connection with my client, and that, in a way, I have managed to materialise their\u00a0dreams and desires. This is not an easy target to achieve, but the feeling usually lasts forever.\u201d <\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Fernanda Marques<\/strong>\u2018 believes that good communication with the clients\/audience is the secret to a successful project. \u201cI hold many lectures nationally, in Brazil, and internationally, and it is in such situations that I have direct contact with my audience. At the same time, I try to be very aware and open to the feedback that I receive through all my social platforms\u201d, defended the\u00a0interior designer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Currently working on S\u00e3o Paulo\u2019s Toca Gallery,\u00a0Fernanda Marques\u2019<\/strong>\u00a0clients\u00a0are interested in the art and the\u00a0design\u00a0of my projects, rather than the trends. \u201cMy clients, in their own way, wish to live comfortably, but with elegance\u201d, she said. This amazing\u00a0interior design\u00a0project was inspired by the amazing \u201cBrazil\u2019s Rainforest, especially after taking a breathtaking trip to the outskirts of Manaus and getting to know the way of life of Indian villages\u201d. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

You know that\u00a0Fernanda Marques<\/strong>\u2018 work is unique because every single\u00a0product\u00a0is designed by the\u00a0interior designer and her inspiring team. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cNothing against collaborating with another professional, but it simply did not happen. However, regarding other\u00a0brands, I have already collaborated with several of them. My most recent work has been with the Spanish brand Roca, where I designed a\u00a0bathroom sink.\u201d <\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

The renowned\u00a0Fernanda Marques<\/strong>\u00a0doesn\u2019t follow any amazing\u00a0interior design trends, because she believes that these don\u2019t fit perfectly in every\u00a0interior design project. \u201cI am totally against the speech of \u201ctendencies\u201d because I believe it takes away the singularities of each place and each professional.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For the future,\u00a0Fernanda Marques\u00a0<\/strong>truly thinks that the\u00a0interior designers\u00a0will need to worry with the environment and create eco-friendly and sustainable solutions, which (actually) is one of today\u2019s biggest\u00a0design trends. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cDespite my opposition, a \u2018trend which I believe will influence the\u00a0design world\u00a0in the upcoming years is the issue regarding waste. Somehow, designers will have to answer, creatively, to this urgent matter. The waste issue will be the focus of the\u00a0design\u00a0world, alongside, the search for more sustainable materials and production processes.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n
