Determined to offer an innovative way for cardmembers to experience unsurpassed world service, American Express<\/strong> worked with Big Red Rooster<\/strong> to create the Centurion Lounge<\/strong>. <\/span><\/p>\n

The airport oasis not only serves as a high-end respite for travelers but as a touchpoint to communicate to customers that Amex is a lifestyle brand. Big Red Rooster\u00a0<\/span>delivered full design services \u2013 interiors, planning, communication, and documentation, \u00a0operationalized design for rollout and localization and developed and maintains design guidelines and specs to guide all expressions of the lounge.<\/p>\n

Foot Locker (Retail Partnership)<\/h3>\n

Though Foot Locker<\/strong>, Footaction and Champs have different target audiences, Foot Locker Inc. wanted to strengthen each one through experiences that would engage with sneakerheads.<\/p>\n

Working with Big Red Rooster<\/strong>, they infused Foot Locker\u2019s Times Square flagship with a larger-than-life digital display. For Footaction, Big Red Rooster designed a flexible store prototype to attract its trend-focused shoppers. With Champs creating a sports arena experience to appeal to its muse \u2014 the high school athlete.<\/p>\n

Value City Furniture (Store of the future)<\/h3>\n

Before Value City Furnitur<\/strong>e underwent a brand refresh to VCF, the store struggled to differentiate itself from competitors. Through strategic visioning facilitated by Big Red Rooster<\/strong>, VCF stakeholders aligned to evolve from a traditional furniture showroom to a home furnishings retailer through style, value, and world-class service. Together, VCF and BRR integrated this strategy into a store experience that is intuitive, easy to shop, and inspirational with a splash of \u201caha!\u201d to exceed expectations.<\/p>\n

Whereas it was all about performance in the US and other parts of the world, the brand was more of a casual fashion statement in Asia Pacific.
