Metropolis<\/strong> starts to establish the terms with the client. They do an initial visit to the site to analyse both the clients\u2019 and the projects\u2019 needs. They\u00a0start by mapping out the layouts, do the necessary layout changes and start to develop an interior concept. Sketches, plans and interior concepts are further developed into final plans and schematic drawings. They specify all interior and\/or exterior surfaces, interior finishes, furniture and lighting.<\/p>\n
