Italy design has always been filled with the most astonishing designs and artists and their influence in worldwide design is undoutable. Just a couple weeks ago we were delighted to witness the biggest design exhibition,\u00a0Milan Design Week 2019<\/strong><\/em><\/span>, along with its biggest event,\u00a0Salone del Mobile<\/strong><\/em>. At\u00a0Milan Design Week 2019, Dimore Studio<\/strong> established an amazing collaboration with\u00a0Dior.<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0This was an exclusive collection between these two companies, where they created objects that resembled the surrealism and cubism art. Their focus sat on the concept of different metals such as gold, silver, and bronze.<\/p>\n

Dimore Studio<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Emiliano Salci and Britt Moran founded Dimore Studio\u00a0<\/strong>in 2003. Since that moment, they have designed and carried out every project in a personal and recognizable way: objects created by historical design masters live together with reclaimed materials and other \u201cbespoke\u201d objects to create and forge a particular atmosphere. A timeless visual and emotional pathway. Research focused on details makes every creation, sign, proposal, suggestion, innovation and reference simple, albeit sophisticated.<\/p>\n

Spanish by birth, and Italian by choice,\u00a0Patricia Urquiola<\/strong>\u00a0<\/em>was born in Oviedo, Spain and studied architecture in Madrid before graduating from the Milan Politecnico in 1989. She learned her craft in Italy and opened a studio in Milan in 2001, where she has developed a truly global enterprise.<\/p>\n

Piero Lissoni<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

In 1986, the Italian architect, art director and designer\u00a0Piero Lissoni<\/strong>, together with Nicoletta Canesi, founded the interdisciplinary studio\u00a0Lissoni Associati\u00a0in Milan, focusing on architecture as well as interior and product\/light design. Lissoni and his multinational team thus comprehensively cover these areas, completing them with graphics, art direction and corporate identity.\u00a0For\u00a0Salone del Mobile 2019,\u00a0Knoll\u00a0celebrated an important anniversary \u2013 the\u00a0Bauhaus\u00a0centenary \u2013 and presented the new collections alongside the iconic products of the brand.\u00a0The new collections presented by Knoll designed by\u00a0Piero Lissoni\u00a0are perfectly coordinated with the recent items designed for the catalogue by the architect.<\/p>\n
