During ten days of celebration, the most beautiful\u00a0city is gearing up for Paris Design Week<\/strong><\/em>, from 6 to 15 of September<\/strong>. Spreading the creativity and the design, the essence of Maison et Objet<\/strong> grows during this event. Every year in September, and this one is not different, Paris becomes the world capital of design<\/strong>, interior decoration<\/strong>, and lifestyle<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

During Paris Design Week<\/strong>, the venue will become a stage for a selection of more than 40 up-and-coming\u00a0designers from all over the world.<\/p>\n

In the eighth edition of this event, there is an exhibition dedicated to young talents \u2013 Le Off<\/strong>. This is the perfect space where people can meet, share ideas, exhibit their art, make new discoveries and experiment.<\/p>\n

For instance,\u00a0Kwok Hoi Chan\u2019s Zen chair<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0Michel Mortier\u2019s velvet SF 103<\/strong>, which was a regular\u00a0staple in offices of high-profile corporate executives all\u00a0through the 60s.<\/p>\n

Gathering wall light<\/strong>, lamps<\/strong>, ceiling lamps<\/strong> and desk lamps<\/strong>. Each edited model is numbered and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.<\/p>\n

The Paris Design Week exhibition will honor the brand\u2019s\u00a0models, including some never shown before, from the postwar\u00a0years. A time that today\u2019s generations have not\u00a0experienced, but that still sparks a lot of interest from antique\u00a0lovers.<\/p>\n

(Re)discover the works of\u00a0Abraham & Rol, Ren\u00e9-Jean Caillette, Pierre Disderot, Roger Fatus, Michel\u00a0Mortier, Joseph-Andr\u00e9 Motte, Pierre Paulin, Alain\u00a0Richard, Olivier Mourgue and Pierre Guariche<\/strong>, that\u00a0continue to be produced today with the greatest respect for\u00a0the originals and the savoir-faire of Ateliers Pierre Disderot.<\/p>\n

Those of you who have not yet seen\u00a0RBC<\/strong><\/em>\u2019s Paris\u00a0showroom in Rue Violet will find a touching tribute\u00a0to architect, sculptor, and designer\u00a0Angelo Mangiarotti<\/strong>. With\u00a0the help of Italian manufacturer AgapeCasa, RBC offers a\u00a0chance to rediscover his\u00a0invaluable marbles<\/strong>\u00a0and other fine\u00a0pieces sculpted from solid wood<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

A controlled approach of\u00a0matter and materials, presented in an exhibition curated by\u00a0Camilla Benedini. (Re)discover the Asolo table,\u00a0the\u00a0Eros table<\/strong>\u00a0with its very distinctive conical legs, Inca,\u00a0cantilever Eccentrico, More with its four legs simply planted\u00a0into the marble top.<\/p>\n

A Mies Van Der Rohe with an engineer\u2019s mindset, a creative Prouv\u00e9, a technical Brancusi\u2026 Each\u00a0product develops its own\u00a0magical dynamic.<\/strong><\/p>\n
