Today we bring you a project by russian top designers<\/strong><\/a> Pechatnikov. This is a residential project with and area of 183 m2, 12 rooms in total, a 16 m2 kitchen and 3 bathrooms. The interior house design<\/strong><\/a> is a classic modern style, where there is place for vintage objects and also for art objects. In this project, the interior architects give secret interior design tips<\/strong><\/em><\/a> that will keep you hooked.<\/p>\n

The briefing: the clients\u00a0are\u00a0a lovely modern family with two kids. They are very dynamic and successful people that love sports and have many other hobbies. There is always peace and tranquillity \u00a0and everyone understands each other perfectly. The client\u2019s main request was to give importance to functionality and a lot of built-in cabinets. These wishes were\u00a0taken into account by the interior architects<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The colour scheme used was very soft, having tones of Ivory (and all of its shades) and gentle shades of lilac. These tones are present in all areas of the apartment. The modern interior design<\/strong> living room is striking due, primarily, to the enfilade mirrors<\/a>. Interior design tips:<\/strong><\/a> the mirrors in the living room area reflect the dining table (tip 1) and the antique fireplace across the room, giving it extra depth and an illusion of infinity (tip 2).<\/p>\n

Tip 3: custom made pieces help to achieve the desired decorative efect. So, if you can\u2019t find what you want, have it made for you.<\/p>\n

Living room Ideas by Pechatnikov:<\/strong>\u00a0decorative pieces are from Baker, Barbara Barry. The hallway has a\u00a0Christopher Guy mirror and other pieces from Baker.\u00a0Painting is\u00a0from Farrow & Ball and textiles are from Holland & Sherry, Fox Linton, J Robert Scott and De Le Cuona. The wallpaper is from\u00a0Fromental, doors are custom made and the floor is parquet.<\/p>\n

The interior architects<\/strong> decorated the master bedroom with antique mirrors, a custom made bed and an antique chandelier. The modern bedroom chairs<\/a> contrasts the antique furniture, giving the bedroom, a modern feel (tip 4).\u00a0The lighting is from Eichholtz, the\u00a0headboard is from Mis En Demeure and the table lamp is from Circa (photo below).<\/p>\n

The kids bedroom also has antique furniture with an antique chandelier, however, the colors and furniture ar bolder and more simple (tip 5).<\/p>\n

The bathroom decoration reflects the color tones used on the interior house design (tip 6).<\/p>\n
