Located in the former lobby of Los Angeles\u2019s former Hotel Stowell is the recently opened Le Petit Paris restaurant. Part of the ritzy hotel, the original lobby and mezzanine were built in 1913 by architect Frederick Noonan, during a gaudy era when Los Angeles,\u00a0was referred to as the Wall Street of the West. The bygone hotel was frequented by early 20th-century Hollywood stars, including Charlie Chaplin, who once lived in the building.<\/p>\n
