What about if of all the different places you had been so far, you collected dirt?! Well, that\u2019s what the <strong>designer<\/strong> and artist\u00a0<em><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/bantjes.com\/work\/category\/portfolio\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" title=\"\">Marian Bantjes<\/a> creates art using dirt from around the world.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Designer Marian Bantjes brings home samples of dirt. After travelling <a href=\"http:\/\/brabbu.com\/blog\/2015\/07\/10-exotic-places-to-visit-in-your-vacations\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" title=\"\"><strong>through exotic destinations<\/strong><\/a> such as Brazil, South Africa, Thailand and the Philippines, Bantjes has to explain to customs officers why her suitcase contains small jars of soil or sand. She then added the soil and sand, using a variety of methods. Merely Coexistence.\u201d<\/em> However, like sand paintings and traditional mandalas, the sand in Bantjes\u2019s striking work was not glued down.
