AD100 List 2023: Interior Designers you should know

The AD100 List for 2023 is now available, and we will discuss it today. AD100 is an Architectural Digest initiative that brings together the world’s most innovative interior design, architecture, and decor professionals, studios, and collectives. The design industry never sleeps, and we have consistently delivered ground-breaking projects with a distinct point of view on the world. Every day, new cities, new modes of existence, and new modes of self-expression are introduced to us, and the AD100 list is critical in allowing us to learn more about the most creative experts in the design world.

1. Alexis Brown

Alexis Brown was born and raised in Washington, DC, and received her master’s degree in interior design from Pratt. She worked for more than ten years in the office of Peter Marino before launching her own firm, specialising in residential projects, in 2017. Alexis Brown attempts to use both fine art and handcrafted, artisanal components in each home to achieve a sophisticated aesthetic.

2. Hadley Wiggins

Hadley Wiggins is an interior and architectural designer with offices in New York City and on Long Island’s North Fork. Her style, which frequently incorporates antiques, demonstrates her belief that authenticity and history are essential components of value and beauty.

3. Halard-Halard

Halard was raised in the design industry and studied architecture and furniture design in Paris. Because of his interest in both modern and contemporary art, he chose to work with eminent art galleries with offices in Paris. Halard moved from Europe to New York in 2004 to work for some of the city’s top designers and architects before launching his own design studio, Halard – Halard Design, in 2010.

4. Josh Greene

Josh Greene Design was founded by Josh Greene, who has over 18 years of experience in the field. Josh previously worked for MR Architecture + Décor, Ralph Lauren, Michael Smith, and Sawyer Berson. He has been named to Elle Décor’s A-List and Architectural Digest’s Ones-to-Watch list of the best interior design firms each year.

5. JP Demeyer & Co

Nature inspires Belgian designer and artist Jean-Philippe Demeyer, who finds it in gardens, museums, fashion, and old-world houses. Jean-Philippe Demeyer is well-known for his imaginative, fun, and vibrant textile creations, which are frequently patchworked together layer by layer. He manages his Bruges-based business with his two business/domestic partners, Frank Ver Elst and Jean-Paul Dewever.

6. Justina Blakeney

Since she began blogging in the late aughts, Justina Blakeney has been showcasing her daring and diverse vision of beauty. Since the release of Jungalow in 2014, Blakeney has collaborated with Opalhouse by Target, Loloi Rugs, Valdese Weavers, and Peking Handcraft on collections that infuse homes with a subdued maximalist flair.

7. Neal Beckstedt Studio

Neal, who was born and raised in a small Ohio town, established his name-brand firm in New York City in 2010 after working as an architect and designer in the city for more than ten years. In addition to having his debut project appear on the cover of New York Spaces, Neal was named one to watch in 2012 by Architectural Digest. Among the notable projects are collaborations with eyeglass designer Robert Marc and apartments for fashion designer Derek Lam.

8. Rita Konig

Rita Konig Ltd. is an interior design firm based in London that works on both commercial and residential projects. Since she founded her company at the age of 17, her design philosophy has been centred on her customers, and each home she creates is based on an in-depth understanding of the unique brief.

9. So-Il

SO-IL, a Brooklyn-based firm founded by husband-and-wife team Florian Idenburg and Jing Liu, has paved the way for a new generation of architects by challenging the status quo in perplexing structures of all types.

10. Studio Mellone

Andre Mellone

Andre Mellone, a Brazilian interior designer, is based in New York. Before founding Studio Mellone in 2012, he was a 20-year veteran of the Cityy’s Design Community, having worked for Robert A. M. Stern, Mark Hampton, Greg Jordan, Ferguson$Hamamian, and many others.
