Established in 2002, Brown Studio, formed by Gary Broom and Chris Browne, is a design consultancy with decades of experience in the retail, leisure and commercial sectors both as clients and consultants. The studio owns a very talented and collaborative design team, and even though it is based in London, the firm works in an international capacity having therefore built a good understanding of cultural and market differences worldwide.

Brown Studio were appointed by Peyton+Byrne and Sodexo to assist in the implementation of the National Gallery Cafe in one of the most iconic buildings in the UK. The project was concluded in April 2017. The design had to be sensitive to the gallery building whilst ultimately modernising the look.

Brown Studio were commissioned to undertake the design & implementation of a new Polu Poke restaurant in Liverpool St London. On a tight budget & keeping to the spirit of the Polu brand, a fresh & deconstructed restaurant design was achieved.
