15 Hudson Yards is the first residential building to open in Manhattan’s Hudson Yards neighborhood. The 70-story, 900-foot-tall tower anchors the southeast corner of Hudson Yards East at 30th Street and 11th Avenue. Utilizing cold-bent glass to achieve its shape, 15 Hudson Yards softens the conventional expressions of glass towers, with its surface expressed as fluid and supple.

The Station House is a luxury rental residence in northeast Washington, D.C.’s burgeoning Atlas District. With interior design by Rockwell Group, the Fisher Brothers’ 11-story, LEED-certified building is full of contemporary amenities, mirroring the lively restaurant, retail, and gallery scene of the surrounding neighborhood.

At Moxy Chelsea, the hotel’s restaurant, lounge, and rooftop have been conceived as places of discovery, surprise, and rejuvenation—Frances Hodgson Burnett’s “The Secret Garden” meets Milan’s Villa Necchi Campiglio. Tucked into the bustle of Manhattan’s historic Flower District, guests encounter a botanically inspired design and crafted romance seen through a thoroughly modern lens.
