The conception project of this new project which is located on the crossroad of Ice Street House and the Greetings Road in Hong Kong was thought by the architectural agency RDAI Paris. Created in 1972 by Rena Dumas, the RDAI is an agency known for its versatility. This design company, managed by Denis Montel is responsible for the architectural structure and the interior design of the new Hermes in Landmark Prince’s Central.
The building team, managed by Denis Montel created an architectural project influenced by the great lines of local architecture. The futuristic style of the building shows off an aluminum front colored in copper that expresses the rhythm and the verticality of bamboo as a material.
The interior design is based on materials such as lacquered wood, copper, stucco, marble and steamed metals on a warm colors tonality. The spaces are subdivided thanks to a champagne color steamed metal. On the floor, there are two different textures, a mosaic on the ground floor and a bamboo floor on the rest of the showroom. However, we can still find carpets made of bamboo fibers in some places in the shop.
