Here are some of the brand’s creations when it comes to residential, commercial and hospitality projects:

Residential

A farmhouse in South Delhi, designed by Fabinteriors in 2015.

This residence in Lutyens Zone, Delhi was designed by Fabinteriors in the year 2006.

Hospitality

Le Meridien, Gurugram is strategically located 4 km from the cyber city in Gurugram, Delhi NCR. Fabinteriors did the renovation of the arrival zone of the hotel in 2017.

Aditya Sarovar Premiere is one of the leading hotels in Hyderabad, It has 203 lavishly designed rooms and suites with four on-site restaurants. For a casual relaxing ambience, is not only considered as one of the best hotels in Hyderabad, among vacationers but it is also well known for serving business end travellers. Fabinteriors did interior designing for Aditya Sarovar Premiere Hyderabad in the year 2011.

Commercial

Mahagun group is a conglomerate of companies operating in real estate, commercial and hospitality sectors. It has delivered approx.10.00 million sq.ft of residential space covering about 6500 units and projects involving the development of approx.16.00 million sq.ft covering about 10500 units are currently under execution. Its office in Noida was designed by Fabinteriors in the year 2014.

The Pullman Brand is an upscale brand of Accor Group of Hotels that targets the young business executive. For the Gurugram Pullman, the brief given by the operators was URBAN CHIC. However, this being a generic concept for the Pullman brands the challenge was to get Indianness in the design, which was done through accents of Art, Artifacts not restricting it to focal points and highlights but dedicating planes and creating places through the same eg. The double height Lobby Sculpture/decorative lights enhance the sense of space.
