Architects Ink, practising since 1996, is an award-winning Architect and Interior Design company from Adelaide and Sydney, Australia. They specialise in high quality residential design, from new houses, alterations and additions to multi-residential and they have a diverse commercial project experience which also includes healthcare, workplace, hospitality, education and retail as well as government.

Sugar Gum House is an environmentally friendly, light-filled home with a strong connection to its site, using latest technical efficiencies in heating and cooling integrated with passive principles.

CS51 are three contemporary townhouses cleverly positioned on a small, restrictive site. The challenge was to provide natural light with private outdoor space to all residences without compromising precious internal living areas demanded in such developments.

Plane Tree House is abundant with natural light and captures the panoramic view of Adelaide. It is a contemporary but enduring design for a family home; minimal but warm and functional with an understated luxury.

Architects Ink has an additional Asset Services team which provides highly qualified services to both government and private entities, for the past 15 years. The Asset Services team is involved in data collection, building assessments and maintaining surveys for clients. The typical services provided include:

Life Cycling and Auditing, which record and track assets for life-cycling and depreciation by capturing on-site data, generating and maintenance of asset registers and drawings, and preventive maintenance schedules.

Island Beach House was designed with a simple linear plan to allow for a northerly aspect with views from all living areas and bedrooms, as well as effective cross ventilation. A distinct roof design maximises exposure to winter sun while increased overhangs shade the interior during summer.

Building Condition, that makes a detailed analysis of the building’s condition which include assessments cost, evaluation of depreciation and replacement costs.
General Assessment, which controls audits for bush fire, evacuation audit, air conditioning, equipment and machinery.
