The House of Bourbon , the royal family of Louis XVI , was a dynasty known for its class and luxury. The BOURBON Accent Chair features this opulence through its button-tufted inner back, rich cotton velvet and ebony wood veneer legs.
As we find out last week, Pantone’s color for 2019 is living coral. This color was chosen due to the age we live in. How technology is changing the way we interact with people and how social media is affecting our daily lives. Living coral is supposed to transmite a safe and intimate feeling that will make the ambiance and people feel more “sociable and spirited”, “authentic”, “lighthearted”, optimistic and joyful.
BRABBU’s pillow collection is a good example on how to clash patterns in the most modern and fashionable way. These pillows are inspired by the most beautiful crystals in their brute stadium. The versatility present in these pieces and their modern luxurious design opens a door for new opportunities of home decor that will impress everyone.
It’s not like they stop being fashionable in any sense. It’s just that (fortunately) for many people the concept of a console has started to shift. Consoles are fundamental in a home decor. They are no longer used just in the entrace hall, and they can adapt in every room in your house. Functionality and asthetics can definitely walk hand in hand.
Let’s be honest: this one never goes out of style. Velvet is one of the smoothest and most comfortable fabrics. Besides nothing screams luxury and royalty like this textile.
The FITZROY Sofa got its inspiration from Mount Fitz Roy, a mountain in Patagonia. The Fitz Roy mountain got its name from Robert Fitzroy, the captain of the ship that transported Charles Darwin in his travel around the world. What better name for a sofa, now that we know Pantone’s color of the year is living coral? A true link with nature! The curved sofa, with its back inspired in the outstanding mountain shape, is fully upholstered in cotton velvet and the base is in matte casted brass.
Baraka Collection
Baraka means ”a blessing or as the breath, or essence of life” in Sufi. This saying was the basis for the creation of the BARAKA collection. The idea was that the product’s materials and design could speak for themselves and transmit nature. Charismatic by its never ending contrasts between ancient and contemporary lines. Body in half brightness walnut root veneer with brass details, interior in bird eye wood veneer with shelves smoked glass and base in vintage matte brass. For more details click the pictures above.
Horus Collection
HORUS Lightning is inspired by the God of the sky and the rising sun. promises to be a reference in a modern interior design. Matte brass is the main material of these gorgeous lighting fixtures. For more details click on the pictures above.
Huang Collection
Huang is the name of a mountain range in the East of China. This region features some dazzling scenery: sunsets, granite peaks, pine trees, hot springs, winter snow. Some of these characteristics made these mountains a central character in both chinese literature and art in general. This is the Huang Collection, inspired by this magnificent tourist destination.
