In a 270 square meters space, created by the french interior design Gérard Faivre, this renovating and designing exceptional apartment becomes a reference in the world of luxury real estate in Paris, France.
Located close to the Champs Elysées and the Montaigne, Matignon and George V avenues, this apartment is housed on the third floor of a traditional Haussmanian style stone, building built in 1880.
To preserve the history and beauty of the place, Gérard Faivre preserve the floor, moldings, high ceilings and chimneys of the original house. Different areas were adorn with paintings, sculptures and photographs, combined with contemporary pieces of furniture.
